Emotional Intelligence 2.0 Test for Teams: TESI
The Team Emotional and Social Intelligence (TESI) communications assessment creates the opportunity for a team 360°. Each member of the team has the opportunity to rate the team's skills from his or her perspective. With the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 Test and EQ Assessment, team members and leaders receive a detailed report that helps them to understand the levels of identification with the team, satisfaction, engagement, and perceived skills in areas such as communications and conflict resolution.
