Become a DiSC Expert and earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Facilitator.  DiSC Certification applies DiSC principles in an engaging and interactive format. 

DiSC Certification is a two-week blended learning course that combines live virtual instructor-led sessions with self-paced application based online learning. Learners learn how to leverage the DiSC Catalyst Learning Platform that includes three DiSC assessments:  DiSC Workplace, DiSC Management, and DiSC Agile EQ.  The Catalyst learning platform supports a return and learn environment that engages team members and keeps the principles of DiSC moving forward.
