How do I gain access to the Catalyst Practitioner Experience?

Upon purchase of the Catalyst Practitioner Experience, you will receive instructions on how to access your facilitation resources through the Everything DiSC Catalyst learning platform.  From there, you will have full access to all materials in real-time.  New releases and support resources are available, in real-time providing you with the latest applications to deliver quality Everything DiSC learning experiences.  You can download all facilitation materials and customize as desired.

The Catalyst Practitioner Experience is a subscription service.  Once you activate your subscription, you will have access for a full year.  If you choose not to continue your subscription, you will continue to have access to your downloaded facilitation content.  Subscription fees vary based on whether you bundle with DiSC Certification and an EPIC Administrator account.  We offer customized volume discounts to facilitators.

Can I get Certified for DiSC Facilitation?

Yes! Everything DiSC Certification earns you the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner.  This blended learning experience combines self-paced application modules with instructor-led virtual sessions.  Save when you bundle Everything DiSC Certification with the Catalyst Practitioner Experience.  Become a DiSC expert and create engaging and powerful DiSC learning experiences.

How do I purchase DiSC assessments?

There are two ways to purchase DiSC assessments:

1) Purchase a DiSC EPIC account and gain 24x7 access to administer assessment links and create DiSC reports. If you plan on using DiSC over time and anticipate a high quantity of DiSC assessments, we can provide you with a volume pricing schedule. We provide you on-going support to ensure you have what you need to create the best experiences for your learners.  EPIC accounts are free ($330 value) when you purchase the Everything DiSC Certification.

2) Have us administer your assessments.  We offer the highest level of customer service with our prompt and seamless administration process.  We work with you to create a process that meets your target timeline and results distribution.  

What support will I receive from Profile Assessments?

We want you to feel confident and ready to go!  We coach you on how to customize programs using the DiSC Facilitation Kit.  There are many resources in the kit so it can feel overwhelming.  Our support includes: sharing our best practices for facilitation; application exercises to integrate DiSC principles into the daily workplace; strategies to create a Return & Learn DiSC experience; keep you updated on the latest Catalyst releases, and provide any support that is helpful.
