Why is a One-to-One Coaching a Benefit?
Many individuals may choose to review a Profile Assessment on their own. Certainly there is valuable information in each report. The key benefit in a One-to-One Coaching session is to go beyond the report and extrapolate communication strategies that increase personal effectiveness and strengthen relationships with team members, managers, leaders, and clients.
Certified Coaches deliver a customized One-to-One Coaching session. A brief survey of questions provides the Coach context and strategies related to an individual’s role within the organization and current challenges. The actual Coaching session prompts discussion on ‘how to manage and influence communications’ in a variety of settings. Individuals learn how to leverage communication strengths in ways that promote respectful and conscious teamwork. Key takeaways and actionable learning applications provide individuals the opportunity to put Profile Assessment principles into immediate action.
How many One-to-One Coaching Sessions are recommended?
We recommend an initial coaching session that includes specific takeaways to be implemented immediately upon return to the workplace. From here, the Coach and Individual will determine whether a follow-up Coaching Progress Session would be appropriate.

One hour coaching sessions vary by the selected Profile Assessment.
