The PXT Select™ Multiple Candidates Report provides the opportunity to compare multiple individuals for one position. The profile can be used is two ways:
- Employee Selection – evaluating multiple candidates for a position
- Career Planning – evaluating individuals for potential career moves within the company
Using the PXT Select Performance Model, the Multiple Candidates report provides a composite of the candidates into one document showing the level of fit across the three measures of the Performance Model: Thinking Styles; Behavioral Styles; and Interests.
Not readily observable this measures individual preferences for how they think through processes and problem solving.

Interests are what drives and motivates an individual within a role.
