PXT Select™ Multiple Candidates Report

The PXT Select™ Multiple Candidates Report provides the opportunity to compare multiple individuals for one position. The profile can be used is two ways:

• Employee Selection – evaluating multiple candidates for a position
• Career Planning – evaluating individuals for potential career moves within the company

Using the PXT Select Performance Model, the Multiple Candidates report provides a composite of the candidates into one document showing the level of fit across the three measures of the Performance Model: Thinking Styles; Behavioral Styles; and Interests.

Thinking Style
Not readily observable this measures individual preferences for how they think through processes and problem solving.

Behavioral Traits
Behavioral Traits are what people first see about you. It is your actions and how you show up to the workplace.

Interests
Interests are what drives and motivates an individual within a role.
