DiSC Facilitation and Coaching Services 

Our Certified facilitators offer DiSC Virtual Facilitation for groups/teams and/or Coaching services.  Dive deeper into DiSC to explore specific workplace strategies that increase communication effectiveness, collaboration, and performance.  

• 1:1 DiSC Coaching Bundle:  This 45-minute coaching session provides an in-depth analysis of your DiSC Style, identifies your specific strength and opportunity areas, and explores how you might be perceived by others.  Learn how to adapt communication across DiSC styles and to increase your awareness of how your behaviors might influence others.  You will receive a customized action plan that puts DiSC strategies into action.
• DiSC Virtual Facilitation for Teams:  This 90-minute DiSC training session brings your team together for an engaging and application-based experience.  It includes a customized analysis of your team that uncovers areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.  Your team will gain insight into specific workplace scenarios and learn strategies to increase communication, collaboration and results.  Application exercises integrate DiSC learning into behaviors that can be put into practice immediately.  

 How It Works

1. Everything DiSC Management on Catalyst Assessment:  Learners receive an electronic link to complete the assessment.  Results available upon completion.
2. Catalyst Learning Platform:  Personalized results are available on the DiSC Catalyst Learning platform.  This interactive experience helps learners explore their personal DiSC management style and others' styles.
3. Modular Learning:  Personalized DiSC feedback provides learners with actionable strategies to put DiSC principles into action.
4. Ongoing Access:  Managers and supervisors can revisit their results, compare results with team members, create DiSC team maps and get advice on how to manage challenging communication scenarios.  
5. Worksmart Management Modules:  Additional learning modules add-on available anytime for future development OR include these now with the Worksmart for Managers Bundle.
