MBTI Step I for Point Loma Students 

The MBTI Step I will be used as part of your course curriculum:

• Increase awareness of your personal communication preferences (how you interact in the world)
• Deepen understanding of self and others (how your style differs from others)
• Learn how to build better relationships with others (how to adapt your communication to increase collaboration)
• Build a foundation of communication awareness and leadership influence (how to use effectively to drive leadership and team engagement skills)

Please read the following to understand the process for purchase and delivery of your MBTI results:

• Orders are processed 8-5pm CST Monday - Friday.  If your order is placed outside these hours, it will be be processed accordingly during business hours.
• You will receive an electronic link to complete the MBTI assessment.  PLEASE use your Point Loma email address to prevent links from going to Junk Folders
• Upon completion of the assessment, your results will be processed and a PDF will be emailed to you during posted business hours
