This intact team experience combines an awareness of understanding communication preferences AND a deep dive into underlying behaviors that set the tone for company culture. The Five Behaviors assessment combines the principles of Everything DiSC with The Five Dysfunctions of a Team model based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book.The goal of the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team experience is to create a meaningful learning process that helps team members recognize behavior road blocks that prevent true team cohesion. The Five Behaviors Team 360° measures performance across the Five Behaviors model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. This powerful combination results in taking good teams and making them great teams.
Emotional Intelligence (EQi2.0) assessments provide individuals with insight and understanding of how emotional awareness and emotional expression impacts communications. The EQi2.0 model includes five composite areas of feedback: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making, and Stress Management. The ability to effectively navigate the subscales within each composite area depends on balancing awareness and actions across the EQi2.0 model.
Candidates are measured for JOB FIT - comparing an individual's behavioral characteristics to those needed to succeed in the specific job role. PXT Select Performance Models are used to measure a potential candidate's FIT. These models are created through the combination of ONET (US Department of Labor's database) PLUS hundreds of people performing at high levels in the specific job roles. PXT Select includes 13 reports that can be used for selection and employee development for onboarding, coaching, and leadership and skills development.
The Change Style Indicator assessment measures how individual's respond to change.
